Holiday Delivery
  • Small‐parcel orders (including in-stock items) placed before 12:00 PM on holiday dates are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Day.

Delivery Readiness

To ensure a smooth and seamless delivery experience, please prepare the following:

  • Confirm that your selected space can comfortably accommodate the piece, including access through doorways, hallways, and elevators if applicable

  • Prepare a clean, stable surface or area for placement, suitable for a record player or audio console

  • Clear the intended space in advance, as our team is unable to move or remove existing items

  • If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please contact us after placing your order

These guidelines help ensure a successful delivery, though final placement conditions may vary depending on your space.

Delivery Scheduling
  • In-stock items:We will contact you within 14 business days with shipment details.

  • Backorder items:Orders ship once all items arrive and are ready. We will contact you once the order reaches our warehouse.

  • Products can remain in our warehouse for up to 90 days.After 90 days, full payment is required and delivery will be scheduled.
Delivery Day Requirements

An individual 18 years or older must be present to receive and inspect the order.

We cover all shipping costs.Every order includes free international shipping—no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees.

  • Requests for expedited shipping or address changes must be made as early as possible.

  • Address changes after the order has shipped may incur a 50$+ modification fee depending on carrier policies.
Lost or Missing Packages

FALIV stands behind every shipment. If an issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it.

If Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Didn’t Receive the Package

Please follow these steps:

  • Confirm your shipping address in your order confirmation email.

  • Check all potential drop-off locations (porch, mailbox, lobby, garage, etc.).

  • Ask neighbors, building staff, or family members.

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number for additional details.

If your package still does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at service@faliv.com.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If Your Package Is Confirmed Lost

Once the carrier confirms a lost or misdelivered package, REVOSPIN will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method.

Important: Claims submitted more than 7 days after the package shows "Delivered" cannot be processed.

How do I return a product?

Returns & Exchanges:Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with all tags attached and all original packaging included.
