FALIV Warranty Policy

At FALIV, we stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of every piece we create.Our warranty is designed to give you confidence—so you can focus on what matters most: the music.

1. Warranty Coverage

Revospin provides a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This includes:

  • Mechanical or structural defects
  • Audio performance issues not caused by external factors
  • Manufacturing faults affecting normal operation

2. Warranty Period

All Revospin products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

We believe in creating pieces that are made to last—this extended coverage reflects our confidence in the quality and durability of every product.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

3. What We Will Do

If a valid issue arises within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product using appropriate parts
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model
  • Provide a partial or full refund when repair or replacement is not feasible

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic aging or minor surface marks)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by improper storage or environmental conditions (e.g. moisture, heat)
  • Use with incompatible accessories or power sources

5. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty request:

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue
  • Include clear photos or videos if applicable

Please do not return any product without prior authorization.
