Depending on the size and nature of your item, we’ll choose the most suitable delivery method to ensure it reaches you safely and with care. If your order includes items that require different shipping methods, any associated charges—including those for addresses outside the contiguous U.S. and Canada—will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. From our hands to yours, we make sure the journey is just as thoughtful as the piece itself.

Whether you're in North America, Europe, Asia, or beyond, comfort will find its way to you.Due to shipping restrictions from our carrier partners, our products cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), or DPO (Diplomatic Post Office).

Order Tracking

We stand behind every delivery — and we're here to help if something goes wrong.If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package.

  1. Confirm your shipping address in the confirmation email.
  2. Check all potential drop-off spots: porch, mailbox, lobby, garage, etc.
  3. Ask neighbors, building staff, or household members.
  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number for more details.
    If your package is still missing after 24 hours, email us at service@faliv.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Please include your order number and a brief explanation.
Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.You can track your package anytime through our website or directly on the carrier’s platform.

If Your Package Is Confirmed Lost

Once the carrier confirms the package is lost or misdelivered, we’ll offer:A free replacement, orA full refund to your original payment method.Note: We cannot assist with claims reported more than 7 days after the package is marked “Delivered.”

How do I return a product?

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help—just a few quick steps are needed to process your replacement. Please document the issue by taking clear photos of the package exterior, interior, and all included packaging materials. Once you’ve captured the images, submit them through our Replacement Request Form below.

To ensure we can assist you promptly, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process requests submitted after this period or without the required photo documentation. Thank you for helping us make things right.

How to cancel an order?

Made-to-order and/or resized/altered orders can not be canceled once placed as our team is gathering the materials to quickly fulfill your order. If you need to make an adjustment to your purchase, we recommend contacting our client experience team as quickly as possible at service@faliv.com
