We strive to display accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, because our goods are handcrafted and often made with natural or recycled materials, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. Availability of products is not guaranteed and may be limited or discontinued at any time.

By using any FALIV discount or promotional code—either on our website or through an authorized promotion—you agree to the following terms:

One coupon per customer per transaction.
Coupons are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
Each coupon contains a unique code that cannot be modified and must be applied at checkout or presented at the time of purchase.

Discounts and promo codes are not valid on select collections or artist collaborations, which may include but are not limited to:

limited-edition pieces, made-to-order works, or custom commissions.
Gift cards are excluded from all discount or promotional offers.
Coupons are valid only during the promotional period and expire on the date listed in the promotion. They cannot be applied to past purchases.
FALIV reserves the right to modify or discontinue any discount or coupon at any time without prior notice.
For orders over $2,500, we reserve the right to adjust the discount amount applied through any promotional code.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using approved payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not successfully processed or if fraud is suspected.

We ship to addresses within the U.S. and select international locations. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location or order volume. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the risk of loss passes to the shipping carrier and then to you upon delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for instructions and eligibility. Returned items must be in original condition. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned outside our policy terms.
