What’s Covered
All FALIV products come with a 8-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal residential use.
Covered issues may include

- Material defects (e.g., cracks, splits, unraveling)
- Loose or faulty hardware on delivery
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, staining)
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Natural aging of materials (e.g., patina, oxidation, fiber softening)
- Slight variations in color, texture, or grain due to the handcrafted nature of our products
- Natural aging of materials such as wood, leather, or fabric, including changes in texture, patina, or slight color shifts over time.
- Environmental effects such as exposure to sunlight, humidity, temperature changes, mold, insects, or termites.
- Damage from misuse or overuse, including exceeding weight limits or improper handling of the item.
- Negligence or accidents, including spills, stains, burns, cuts, and other avoidable impacts.
- Commercial or high-traffic use, including rentals, public spaces, or other non-residential environments.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs not approved or performed by FALIV.
- Improper installation or assembly, especially when not following provided instructions.
- Shipping damage not reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Items sold with disclosed imperfections or as-is discounts, which are final sale and not covered under warranty.
Resolution Options
If you believe your item has a covered issue, please contact our Client Experience team within 8-year of delivery. You’ll be asked to provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the affected area(s)
- Submit your request through our Warranty Claim Form or email us at service@faliv.com. We’ll respond within 24 hour with next steps.
How to File a Claim
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following, depending on the nature of the issue:
- Repair or replacement of the affected part or product
- Store credit for the original purchase value
- A refund (in rare cases where repair/replacement is not possible)
- If your piece is no longer available, a comparable piece of equal value and similar style will be substituted. Proof of purchase is required to exchange merchandise or receive warranty service.
